A McBreathe is the one snack you can always take that will trully vitalise you.
You can take one or binge ten.

It comes down to:
- Inhale through the nose, fill belly and chest (using the diaphragm, if you don't know how, then just as it goes)
- Gentle pause your breath at the top of your inhale for 3 counts.
- Relax the rest of your entire body (including eybrows, jaw, shoulders, pelvic floor and ancles.
- Exhale with surrender and release. You can make a sound if the setting allows that.
- Then pause your breath at the end of the exhale for another 3 counts.
Transition to your unconscious breathing or repeat for as many as you want.
