Overcoming Limiting Beliefs: My Journey to the BreathFluencer Academy

🌬️ "Who am I to...", "Why should they...", "Kim, are you sure..."

I had to confront these limiting beliefs. But now, the path is clear. I liberated myself from family business obligations, selling 1st of December 2023 a legacy dating back to 1962. I allowed air and space for my doubts, delved into discomfort, and rekindled my self-confidence at a new level. It's time to live my own n-ice way.

Beyond n-ice.world's corporate well-being experiences, I'm thrilled to introduce training with The BreathFluencer Academy.

Being often seen as a mentor and teacher, it's become clear that instilling confidence in others is my calling. It's time to launch my own academy. I've compiled knowledge from extraordinary teachers like Kasper van der Meulen, Wim Hof, Patrick McKeown, Max Strom, Vilna van Betten, Ir Ralph Moorman, and more into my first educational book (200+ pages). Having educated over 360 people for Laudius, I'm ready to share my experiences and theories in the n-ice way with a wider audience.

Formal education is my new path. I adore guiding people through their first BreathExperiences, but I'm equally passionate about teaching authentic guidance. With the BreathFluencer Academy, we bring the breath, universal to every body, tailored to your professional needs.
